Request Forms

West 天涯社区 College's Marketing and Communications team provides the following creative services to the campus community in support of the college's mission. Same-day requests cannot be processed. All requests are subject to approval. 

Creative Service Request
Please use our request form to share information about your needs. Creative service requests must be submitted three weeks prior to the time you need the project completed. Same-day requests cannot be processed. All requests are subject to approval.
Student Email Communication/Viking Weekly Request
Note: The deadline for the Viking Weekly publication is Wednesday, one week prior to the publication date. Example, you'd like the message to go out in the December 10 issue, you'd need to submit your request no later than December 3 for it to be included. 

Faculty & Staff Communication/Viking Weekly Request

News/Accomplishments/Story Ideas
Have a great accomplishment or award that you, your class, or a student you know has won? Have something newsworthy that would make a great story? Share your journey, trials, tribulations, and accomplishments by completing the form. Your story could be the motivation someone needs. The Marketing and Communications Department recommends using Formstack for long-standing forms. Submit a request to edit an existing form, disable a form, or create a new one.

For one-time events, we recommend your department uses Microsoft Forms.
Name Badge Request

When you represent West 天涯社区 College, we want you to look your best! Magnetic name badges are provided compliments of the WVC marketing office. Orders are place before the start of the fall and spring semesters, and occasionally in between both.
